What would I do when I face a problem

When I face a problem, I'll do two things.

First, I'll read. I'll read as much as I can related to the subject of my problem. This is a way for me to feed my subconscious mind with as much information as possible.

When you suddenly absorb a large amount of information within a short time, you will usually feel a little mind-boggling. This is perfectly normal because scientifically it has been proven that when our mind undergoes changes, it will first destabilize itself before forming a new structure which is more stable and 'smarter' than before.

This is an interesting discovery. So from now on, if you feel overwhelmed by information, tell yourself it's a good news.

After absorbing as much information as I can, the next thing I would do is to relax. This is the time when you allow the information to sink into your subconscious mind. When you do that, you will be able to look at things from different perspective.

Often, the solution to my problem appears when I'm relax. Again, there is no surprise to this because when we are relaxed, our connection with our subconscious mind is strengtened.

It's interesting to know how the mind works. :)

To your success,
Kenneth
