Superconscious Mind Power Explained

What I'm going to share with you here is not some metaphysical or new age theories. It is what Napoleon Hill has been emphasizing on.

It is an important part in the entire success philosophy.

How many minds do we have?

Technically speaking, each of us only has one mind. But this one mind has 3 parts to it: conscious mind, subconscious mind and superconscious mind. The first two minds are within us, but the superconscious mind is without. It is the mind of our extended self.

How to program your goals into your subconscious?

Here are 2 simple exercises you can use right away to program your goals into your subconscious mind.

1. Create a dream board.

Create a pictorial version of the goal that you want to achieve and paste it at a place where you can see everyday.

A good place is your study table or at the right hand corner of the windscreen of your car.

Richard Brooke wrote in his book Mach II With Your Hair On Fire that he purchased a mock-up of the cover of SUCCESS Magazine with his picture on the cover and looked at it every day. 9 years later, he was chosen for the cover of SUCCESS Magazine.

I used to paste a picture of my first dream car when I merely had a couple of thousand dollars in my bank account. 1 years later, I bought the car.

These stories are not coincidence. That’s the power of the subconscious mind.

As what Earl Nightingale said, "The mind moves in the direction of our currently dominant thoughts."

Scientists will tell you that this method works because of the R.A.S. (Reticular Activating System) in our brain, which is our antenna or radar that attract things that we focus to us.

2. Write your goals every night just before you sleep.

Every night, just before you sleep, write down your top 5 goals, 20 times each. Continue to repeat your goals in your mind until you fell asleep.

The reason for this exercise is to dominate your mind with your goals while your subconscious mind is most active. (Read more at alpha brain wave.)

How to improve your self image

Last week I replied one of the members' question on how to improve your self image. If you haven't read the article, you can do so at http://www.subconscious-secrets.com/positive-self-image.html

Few days later, I receive an email from Ted and he shared with me one more important point. Please see his sharing below:

(Continue reading to see my views on his sharing.)

Kenneth:

Fantastic response.

Here is also something else that works for me. As with you, I feel that low self esteem is a very serious problem in today’s world. When I have those moments, which can at times last for days, I find solace in the Christian principle that each and every one of us are created in His Image. How can we not feel good about ourselves if in fact we truly believe in this truth. All of us have true worth, wed are all part of something much bigger.

Have a great day. We readers truly appreciate all that you do for us.

Warmest regards,

Ted

-----------------------From Me----------------------------

You are absolutely right! I do something similar. I followed the advice from Dr.Vitale, which is telling myself “I’m God”.

(By the way, before I forget, Dr. Vitale has just released an amazingly simple method to manifest a car. Read more at http://www.subconscious-secrets.com/manifest-a-car)

You see,
If I’m God, will I be depressed? No!
If I’m God, will I be impatient? No! (God has been patient enough to wait for his children to grow and learn the truth.)
If I’m God, will there be things I can’t achieve? No!

Now, let me clarify here. By saying I’m God, I’m NOT saying I’m better than God. Please don’t think I’m some ego freak.

The truth of things is we are part of God. We are one, with God.

Some of you may ask, if I’m God, I’ll have lots of money, I’ll have lots of this and lots of that.

Well, think about it. Does God really want all these? The answer is a big NO! He wants His people to be happy. He wants His people to live the fullest life.

I once heard an interview with a multi-millionaire and this was what he said, "I don't need millions. All I need is a simple meal, which doesn't cost much to me. What motivates me is my desire to add more values to this world, to see my products being used by people from all walks of life."

To your success,

How subconscious got him into a University

I was having a discussion with a business partner, Boon, for my new business venture the other day. As usual, we naturally talked about the power of the subconscious mind, since it’s my favorite topic.

After explaining to Boon about the subconscious (most of which are what I’ve written down in www.subconscious-secrets.com), he told me about his encounter.

Boon had wanted to go to the University but his financial condition didn’t allow him to do so.

But his desire was so strong that often after work, he would go to go to the University and ‘visualizing’ himself studying in the school. He didn’t know about the power of the subconscious though. He just ‘feel’ good visualizing since he couldn’t do it in reality.

After some time, he got several promotions in his job and he managed to save enough money to enter into the University. He told me that he even got into the faculty he wanted to study even though his academic result wasn’t that good.

Boon may not know anything about how the subconscious works, although he knows it now. But he has successfully demonstrated the four simple steps of getting what you want in my website www.subconscious-secrets.com.

Let’s recap:

1) He knew exactly what he wants. He had a clear goal of going into a University.

2) In fact, it’s not just a goal. It’s a burning desire. His desire was so strong that he relentlessly went to the University just to feel good being there!

3) What he didn’t know was that by visualizing himself studying there and feeling it, he has impressed his goal upon his subconscious, which will do its part in giving you’re the right OPPORTUNITIES that will eventually lead you to where to want to be.

4) He took action. He performed in his company. And he was given the OPPORTUNITIES to be promoted, and the OPPORTUNITIES to go into the faculty he wanted.

The truth is all of us are using the power of our subconscious mind to attract the experiences we are having now. The only difference is whether you are doing it consciously or unconsciously.

If you have been drifting away in 2005, it’s not too late to start taking charge of your life.

Know what you want and go for it!

Happy New Year!

What would I do when I face a problem

When I face a problem, I'll do two things.

First, I'll read. I'll read as much as I can related to the subject of my problem. This is a way for me to feed my subconscious mind with as much information as possible.

When you suddenly absorb a large amount of information within a short time, you will usually feel a little mind-boggling. This is perfectly normal because scientifically it has been proven that when our mind undergoes changes, it will first destabilize itself before forming a new structure which is more stable and 'smarter' than before.

This is an interesting discovery. So from now on, if you feel overwhelmed by information, tell yourself it's a good news.

After absorbing as much information as I can, the next thing I would do is to relax. This is the time when you allow the information to sink into your subconscious mind. When you do that, you will be able to look at things from different perspective.

Often, the solution to my problem appears when I'm relax. Again, there is no surprise to this because when we are relaxed, our connection with our subconscious mind is strengtened.

It's interesting to know how the mind works. :)

To your success,

How to tap into your subconscious mind power?

Now, assuming you have a definite goal and a strong desire to achieve the goal, the next question is how to use the power of your subconscious mind to achieve the goal.

The answer to this question is to program the goal into your subconscious mind.

As what Brian Tracy, world renowned success guru, said, “Once the goals are programmed into the subconscious mind, it will take the power of its own to achieve the goals automatically.”

Here are 2 simple exercises you can use right away to tap into your subconscious mind power.

1. Create a dream board.

Create a pictorial version of the goal that you want to achieve and paste it at a place where you can see everyday.

1 year later, I bought the car.

These stories are not coincidence. That’s the power of the subconscious mind.

2. Write your goals every morning.

Every morning, write down your goals on a piece of paper and carry it with you throughout the day.

For me, I put my goal list together with my wallet. Throughout the day, whenever I reach out for my wallet, I’ll recall my goals.

The potential of your subconscious mind is unlimited. Start tapping into the power of your subconscious mind today!

How to activate the power of your subconscious mind?

Tons of proprietary techniques and tools have been developed to activate the power of the subconscious mind. It’s a multi-million dollar industry!

These techniques and tools have helped tens of thousands of people and disappointed tens of thousands of people.

The problem does not lie in the tools. The problem lies in the person.

The truth is you don’t have to use any special technique to activate the power of your subconscious mind if you have a clear goal and a strong desire to achieve the goal.

Imagine this. If I kidnapped your love one and asked you to bring me $100,000 in 48 hours, will you still give excuses of why you can’t find the money; do you still need to attend a course on how to find $100,000 in 48 hours? Of course not!

You will most likely automatically activate the power of your subconscious mind and come out with ways to find the money and at the same time attract the money to you within the stipulated time.

Most people fail to activate their subconscious mind power simply because they never spend time thinking through what they want in life and setting goals.

They may have a strong desire to succeed but they fail to give specific instructions of what they want to their subconscious mind. In the first place, they are not very sure of what they want.

Stay tune for more......

How to awaken the giant within you?

During one of my speaking session, a participant stood up and said, “I know that there is a sleeping giant within me and that I’ve infinite potential. How do I awaken the giant and unleash my potential?”

That was a good question.

First of all, my question to him was “What is the giant anyway?”

The participant was dumbfounded. He said, “I never thought of this question. I don’t know.”

The truth is the sleeping giant within you is your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than your conscious mind. To unleash your potential, you have to tap into your subconscious mind power.

World No.1 motivation guru, Tony Robbins, once said, “All personal changes must take place at the subconscious level.” To have permanent changes in our lives, we must change the thinking of our subconscious mind.

Many people spent thousands of dollars buying self help books, CDs and attending motivational seminars, only to discover that they are still a member of the U.U.B club (U.U.B stands for Unhappy, Unhealthy and Broke). This is because the information they have acquired stops at the conscious level and never sinks into their subconscious minds.

If you truly understand that the sleeping giant within you is your subconscious mind, then technically speaking you should change the question to How to activate your subconscious mind power. (More coming up in my next blog......)

Kenneth
